Above us there’s fire
Around us darkness falling
We know our fate
Before it's too late
We cannot wait
Grab your spear my loyal man
Spread the Word all through the clan
Land of Gods, here we come
Got descent of a warrior
Gather around
What could evoke this fatal wrath?
If the culprit is revealed
I will send him to the burial ground
He who turned my world
Into a burning chaos
It's hot up here
The air is thick of dust
We cannot breathe
And hardly walk on the fiery crust
Continue, we must
Increasing doubt
Boiling fire around
It will wipe out my world
With a hissing sound
No need to run
Nowhere to hide
This molten sun will surely get us fried
I raise my spear
The end is here
If the culprit is revealed
I will send him to the burial ground

This is my favorite metal album of all time. The only bad thing is that the vocals are somewhat buried in the mix. Otherwise, the record perfectly blends a mix of metal genres with excellent songcraft. A record you'll listen to again and again. The Real Nick House

A truly stellar death/doom album with heavy doses of black metal. Tracks like Isolation, Child of Light, and Broken Hymns deliver the sorrowful and icy tone of this album, elevated by the stirring cello compositions of Raphael Weinroth-Browne. The album delivers a deeply satisfying crescendo in Becoming Intangible before stirring the soul once again with Epilogue. Matt Richardson
